The majority of cardio pieces are iPod compatible and feature built-in programs enabling you to customize your workout. Arc Trainers
Cybex’s Arc Trainer is scientifically proven to be gentler on your joints and burn 16% more calories than an elliptical trainer, and is both stronger and more durable. In total, we have 8 arc trainers, ensuring that you are always able to access the machinery.
Treadmills
Some people think that all treadmills are pretty much the same and most of them are. This is with the exception of the Cybex machines. Our gym boasts 10 of these exceptional treadmills.
Exercise Bikes
Cybex bikes are unique in the industry. One machine can be used to train for the Tour de France or to take a lazy Sunday afternoon ‘ride in the park’. With a total of 6 of these machines, we provide a workout option for each of our guests.
